Features

Types of classrooms available:

Tier I Classroom: These rooms have a connection for a laptop and composite video source with basic to advanced control capabilities.

Tier II Classroom: These rooms are defined as conference rooms or meeting spaces that have a connection for either a laptop or fixed PC and basic to advanced control capabilities.

Tier III Classroom: These rooms have a podium with a fixed PC, laptop connection, most have Cable TV, VCR, and basic control capabilities.

Tier IV Classroom: These rooms have a podium with a fixed PC, laptop connection, DVD combos, and basic control capabilities. They have student computers and may serve as an after hour open lab. 

Tier V Classroom: These rooms are classified as auditoriums and include a lectern with a touch panel mounted to the counter top allowing the user to control the features of the room. Some of these rooms include the remote monitoring feature. Typical auditoriums include lighting control, Cable TV, VCR, fixed PC, wireless microphone, and a fixed microphone mounted to the lectern.

Requirements

Classrooms are assigned by the Registrar. Most other spaces can be reserved using the Lotus Notes Calendar or the Facilities Reservation application from the Lotus Notes dashboard.
