Suggestion Program As employees of Spelman, you have the opportunity to contribute to our future success and growth by submitting suggestions for work-improvement or cost-savings ideas. A suggestion is an idea that will benefit Spelman by solving a significant problem, reducing costs, improving operations or procedures, enhancing student services, eliminating waste or spoilage, or making Spelman a better or safer place to work.
