Identification Cards All employees are required to have an employee identification card on their person while on the campus. The card may be required for admission to on campus events, admission to various buildings or dormitories or as verification of employment if requested by our police officers. Identification cards are issued upon date of hire by the Educational Media Services Department, located on the lower level of the Cosby Building.
